That's a question I had also asked myself...

All my tries to apply for RetroNet haven't been successful. I tried  
mailing the application form to the mail address given in the infopack,  
but without any success.
I also filled out an online application form in a BBS (don't remember  
which one it was, sorry), also no success.
So I gave up on this one...

Besides, I don't know a retrocomputing network, sorry.

But in fsxNet, there probably will be a retrocomputing echo soon, as it is  
one of the points in the recent user survey.
