Here's a recipe for Yankee Red-flannel Hash from the 1965 Better Homes and
Gardens "New Cook Book".

Lightly toss together 1 1/2 cups finely chopped canned or cooked corned beef, 3
cups finely chopped cooked potatoes, 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked or canned
beets, and 1/3 cup finely chopped onion.

Add 1/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt, and a few drops Tabasco sauce; season to
taste with more salt and pepper, if needed.

Melt 3 to 4 tablespoons fat in skillet; spread hash evenly over bottom. Cook
over medium heat till underneath side is brown and crusty. Makes 4 servings.
