I've been trying to get an AI set up but can't seem to get the right sequence 
of things. I'm not much of a programmer or logical thinker.
Could you e-mail "heather" to me to look and and see if I can use something

And also does it save the questions people ask in a file for future

How does it make your users feel when they know they have been talking to a 
computer for half an hour and not a real person?
