Saw both parts on PRN originally (before this echo). If you wish, I can 
provide any part you wish.
As I said in PRN, Schulman had his position changed for him a day later 
when Dole promised to veto any repeal effort. He is now a fervent Browne 
supporter. (I have that too, in a separate file.)
