I think it'll just be made into a three-way with the rationale that the 
three names on the contract effectively put the three men in the match 
(even if Benoit didn't sign yet, though that's a formality).

As for who wins, WWE is apparently very high on pushing someone else 
into the top tier, with an eye on Benoit.  HHHubby's been vocally 
anti-Benoit since Day One.

My guess is that Benoit gets the belt in as weak a way as HHHubby can 
make it.  Probably with HHHubby laying out Michaels but too spent to pin 
him so Benoit gets it.
