I've been having major amounts of pain of late so
haven't been able to log on, although this does not
mean that I will not be on eventually. 
Please keep me in your prayers as I get this pain
managed.
It didn't help much that my doctor did an about face
in regards to the pain meds, but it looks like the local
pain clinic will be able to help, although I had to go
to the one in Madras to get a referal to the one here
in Portland because my doctor wouldn't give me one. This
is a clinic different than the last one that I went to.
They are talking about maybe putting a shunt in my back
that will give out meds slowly and then be able to be
refilled on a regular basis. If this is how they go it
will save me some money in meds, even if my rent does go
up like I know it will.
Thank God that reading and coloring and working on my
rubber stamped cards are things I can do sitting quietly.
