Are you sure you aren't thinking of OCtober's maybe?
Especially if files follow echomail lines as appear in your
path.

I haven't seen an announcement of it at Eastern star, or my
uplink either, which lends a little more weight to Janis's
assertion that she hasn't seen that either.


IF you had seen November's then that means links are very
broken somewhere.
