  Both, though the mag has  (or is about to)  ended publication.
  There are 2 books that I know _THe Tightwad Gazette_ and _The Tightwad
  Gazette II_
   Fits me well, also.  I was cleaning out my grandmother's basement
  of junk, and came across some mildewy clothes.  As I was cutting
  the buttons off of some of the garments, my dad said he had never seen
  anyone thriftier than I am...
