Hello Jeff and all.,

  If China has dumped the US Dollar and gone to the Euro, it
is due to the changing situation in the world, and the emerging
European Union as a force in the world.

Europe for many centurys was the centre of our world, and the
dream of a united Europe has been in the minds of many.

I can remember when the Euro first launched, and all the experts
stated it wouldn't fly ...but it did.

I can also remember when CANADA went metric.  To follow the
lead of Europe.   Now with the European Union we are in step.
