| subject: | SBBS/W32 Kermit SABOTAGE |
Hey Rob! Oct 12 22:34 04, Rob Swindell wrote to Maurice Kinal: RS> My response was a legitimate "Huh?" too. His claim is that SBBS and BBBS aren't true kermit and hence those BBS's running that software aren't up to speed to that protocol. I can neither confirm or deny his claim but can confirm that C-Kermit on Linux is an excellent choice for all sorts of transfers and would supply that compatibility if requested by any user. I like the fact that it can be built with ssh support. I am not sure if DOS could handle that aspect but probably would have no problem with the standard kermit.
