The swamp thing was created in a lab in Louisiana. I used to
visit the lab when I was a kid. The scientist at the lab would
buy cockroaches from us to feed the creature he was studying.
One day the lab caught fire and the creature escaped. And
that brought an end to my cockroach sales.
