I'm hoping library of congress puts it in braille.  THe boarding kennel I
use for our ROtt occasionally introduced me to it.  ITS owner's a big
proponent of that fellow's training methods.

Btw for those interested our little loose dogs
problem seems to have resolved itself.  Stepkid's found itself a home
somewhere else; neighbor got over other issues and I was able to
communicate with him about keeping his dogs safer.
