Why not create some othernet for "Telegram-based BBS" (whatever that is)?

And please make sure that the Telegram gateway is mentioned in the rules
including the GDPR related informed consent process and a link to Telegrams
privacy policy. Also don't forget that sysops who carry these echos inform
their BBS users ...
