write that `....about a dozen people carrying firearms milled about (now get
this, folks.....get ready!) *OUTSIDE* the Convention Center where Barack Obama
was giving a speech Monday.


Carrying loaded weapons in the state of Arizona is perfectly legal.


By the way.......the story goes on to describe this as `the latest incident in
which protesters have openly displayed firearms near the president.'


So....this isn't even a `startling' revelation. Its old hat. It ain't even a
`first'!


By the way......the story goes on to say....;


`Phoenix police say the gun toters, including the man with the AR-15 semi-
automatic assault rifle slung over his shoulder, didn't need permits. No
crimes were committed, and no one was arrested.' (In other words, folks.....
`nothing happened'! This is a *no story here* incident!)


Further.....`The man with the rifle declined to be identified.


"In Arizona, I still have some freedoms", he said.


So..one wonders who decided this guy was a member of anything...let alone a
member of the Arizona Vipers Militia!
