Internet Service Provider. They're the guys who you call for
Internet hookups. Mostly seem to be $19.95/month for unlimited
on line time.

Library having dial in text access. (I thought you were kidding)
You gots to remember that you can't have your cake and eat it too.
Hows about buying a second phone line? My phone bill with all
the charges and taxes never goes above $18, so it might be
worth it to you if you really need Internet access. It'd take
the FIDO transfers off your voice line too. The second pair of
wires are probably already coming into your house, just need to
be connected by the phone company.
