There is no mention of [political] party in the US Constitution.
Our first president was of no party. And look what he did. Picked
all the justices of the US Supreme Court. Each and every one of
them. Okay, one of them [Samuel Chase] was later impeached. But
then we went and put his face on US currency. So, it's all good.
