Hello All!

A reminder that the Iditarod has its ceremonial start in Anchorage at 10 AM
this morning (March 1) and that the real race to Nome then begins in
Willow.  The first dogs to cross the finish line will have travelled over
1150 miles.

The Iditarod has a great Web site at http://www.iditarod.com and that's
where I'll be for the next while.  This may be the world's best dogsled
race and this year there are 96 mushers entered.
