I use hpt 1.3.0/w32 25-10-02 at the moment with Window (all Windows
versions) and I don't have a dll for smapi or fidoconfig, not in the hpt
directory, not in my winnt directory (or subfolders) nor in the husky
directories with the source and compilations I do - nowhere on my system
are those DLLs.
But hpt and the other tools work great. Or did that change since October 25th?
