We've solved it now -- the hatch process works and November is in the
distribution system (well, actually, it's on Janis' system and who knows

*she'll* do with it! )

And in theory, if you request the file you want (i.e. any echolist from
about 2002 onward) you should get it! I don't have a magic name setup for
the most recent version.
