I think I recall exchanging some mail with you about that the month after
Katrina made landfall.

That would be because of Rita.  When we were in Baytown, TX during Katrina,
we could still feel strong gusts of wind from that far away, but nothing in
comparison the the 175 MPH sustained winds my place in Mandeville suffered.
That whole area was a gigantic mess when I returned and many of the roads
were impassible.
 
RW> Like ROger I lost pretty much everything I owned in Katrina.
 
Hopefully, that will be the LAST time you and I or anyone else has to go
through that.
