And you didn't tell me the response would be so overwhelming! I have the 
heater set for around 78, but this is Canada, and my basements temperature 
varies alot and quickly. The actual temperature of the tank goes from a high 
of 79 down to 74-75....so I think it's ok.  The fish still seem happy!
