AP - Dick Vermeil would have enjoyed the luxury Lovie Smith had at the
 end of a tight game. Kansas City couldn't play around with the clock
 the way the Chicago Bears could, though. So while Smith saw his offense

 Orleans 20-17, Vermeil's Chiefs cut it as close as possible before
