Like I said before, the operative term is "not so as I could use it".
There are certain tools I don't have, and my household chemicals are also
limited.
I do know enough chemistry that I could buy stuff at the grocery store
which I think I could whip up into something - but I'm not going to. And
likewise, go to the hardware store and pick up some tools to be able to
put it in a container of some appropriate sort - but again, why? Though
I've never proven I could, I also don't need to prove it.
But as I don't have those, they couldn't accuse me of anything. (Unlike
those teenagers who broke into a high school chemistry lab in today's
paper.)
