I would suspect that if they're putting Coca Cola labels on it, it must be
clean. Perhaps not as clean as we would expect, but clean any way.

That's why they say not to drink the water in Mexico. That also holds true
of untreated water in California too. Been there, done that at the Borrego
Springs, where the big horn sheep pee in the water.
