You don't think that lack of a decision effected G'Kar's attitude
towards Londo?  Sure, G'Kar hated Londo already, but he was also well
on his way towards personal enlightenment and, I think, would have
gotten around towards his eventual forgiveness of Londo sooner if not
for his eye.  And that would have effected the way G'Kar dealt with
Londo when Londo came to G'Kar with his idea about an alliance to back
up Sheridan during the Earth Civil War.
