It is a NWClient32 for Win95 problem in my context.
Normal, 16bit DOS client and Microsoft NDS Client, dosn't make this veird 
NOT-LOGGED-IN connection. It happens only when some user using NW32bit Client 
for W95 logging in..

Nope, but this thing just disturb me and I try to find out some solution 
about this problem.. (I don't know.. maybe it's normal..)
