Well, yes, in the sense that we have allowed them to grant us permission
in the first place. As long as they are granting licenses, it is within
reason for them to withhold a license for an offense against them. Why
should they trust you if you've demonstrated to them that you can't
fulfill your responsibilities?
As I say, we shouldn't need licenses in the first place. But as long as
there are licenses, they have the power to revoke them or refuse to
issue them given sufficient cause. Totally reasonable. Built upon a false
premise, but logically consistent.
