And I didn't expect to come back from Texas the day following Katrina's
passage.  When I saw the damage to the entire town, I knew there wouldn't
be much for me to return to.  I didn't even have to worry about the power
being restored because there was no way to get it to what was left of the
dwelling.

I even stuffed the Cableco's equipment into my car's trunk.  When I came
here and phoned them to ask where to turn it in, they gave me some bad
info.  I called them back to tell them there was no office of theirs at the
address given.  They were sorry for the mistake and directed me to another
near-by city.  I brought the equipment to that office; they noted all was
in good order and gave me a receipt.  And now the fun began -- it took six
months to get a refund from them and each month I called, I was told some
kind of mixup took place either with my name, my address, , etc.  I should have sicced JG Wentworth on them.  (-:
