Not as far as I know.  Microsoft has been promising directory services since 
1993 or so, which led to the reluctance of any third party to bother.  Banyan 
ported their StreetTalk from Unix to NT years ago, but the FUD from Microsoft 
has prevented any serious use.  Novell is releasing NDS for NT imminently, 
but my understanding is that this will require a NetWare 4 server somewhere 
on the network to act as the directory services repository.
