Shoulda thought of that.......the way they reportedly went kablooey when hit.
NOw, to pull this thread back to railroading, they used to make landing craft
here in Rochester in WWII, the plant had it's own little steam switcher, an
0-4-0, I believe. I can still recall seeing it sitting out behind the plant
maybe 20 years ago. Wonder if it's still there? Everything is all grown up
around there, I'd almost guess it got scrapped........
