Bob Ackley wrote in a message to Roger Nelson: 4 BA> Heh. I can remember 300 bps connects, reading the message text as BA> it came in live. I could do that at 1200 bps too. Still have the BA> 300, 1200 and 2400 bps modems, too. Dunno if I have a 14,400 bps BA> modem, but I do have a 33.6K bps and a 56K bps. Also half a dozen BA> or so AT&T 9,600 bps synchronous (4-wire, ordinary asynchronous BA> modems only need an ordinary 2 wire phone line) modems. Yep. I started out with 300 Baud and then there was something like 400+ ((can't remember the exact #) and I never had a 9600 modem. I skipped that one, but I had all th others. I recall having to write a modem config file for D'Bridge to use with the 14.4.
