Can you not put your gear on just before the boat gets to the dive location
or
is hunting for it. (the last 5 min of traval). If you can not do that then
let
someone else help you put your gear on while you keep your eyes on the
horzion. Once geared up get in and get down to 15 ft and wait on the others.
(wait just under the boat). You should be able to gear up with someone elses
help.
