Message-ID: http://seanwaltmancom.proboards30.com/index.cgi?action=usersrecentposts&user=masterofwrestling I want to wish my beautiful daughter Kaitlyn a happy 9th birthday today. She is the most amazing & forgiving daughter a father could ask for. I can not tell yoou the last time either Kaitlyn or my son Jesse have had to be disciplined or behaved badly. This is such a blessing & considering the very difficult last couple of years they have had to go through, it's a wonder they haven't started showing the behavior patterns I did at that age. I LOVE My little girl & she loves me & still thinks I am a wonderful father inspite the fact that I have not done much to prove that lately. Kaitlyn is a brilliant little girl & to talk to her you would think she must be much older than she is. She is also much bigger than other girls and boys her age. Bigger than My son Jesse who is 11 years old. Kaitlyn has dyslexia, and was diagnosed at the age of 5. Most children aren't even screened until they are 8 or 9, but as soon as I saw signs I insisted that she be screened. She worked so hard and within 1 month was reading books everyday & now loves to read & write poetry that is so deep for such a young person. My son is in the top 1 % in the state of MN in his assessment tests & is in advanced programs like I was at his age. The difference is that I didn't care & I got strait F's throughout most of my school years. Jesse gets all A's. For children that wre used to growing up being able to have anything they wanted, they are so unmaterialistic. When they are asked if they want something 9 times out of 10 they say no that's all right. So I guess I am saying my kids are perfect and never do wrong. That's not true , but it sure seems that they come as close as two children could get. Happy Birthday Kaitlyn , I love you. DOB 01/25/95 Yesterday was my mother Cindy's birthday. 01/24/54 She turned 50 years old & did her best to raise my sister Cynthia and I by herself. I wish I could say that I gave my mother as little trouble growing up as my two children have given Me & their mother, however that would not be the truth. I used to think I had a rough child hood because of the things I had been through. No money & some things that happened to me by others that leave scars, but even though there was always money for everything My children have already suffered 10 times wha I have went through. Not to mention My Gandma & Grandpa who were always there for me & still are today would not be giving credit to two people who are still the ones I know I can count on & will be there for me no matter what I do. Whenever I catch myself feeling like nothing is good in life anymore , all I have to do is remember these people who have loved unconditonally & I can always be thankful for that. Im also very grateful for all of you who have supported me in the worst of times & have faith in me & inspire me to rise up from the ashes like a phoenix. I will always beat adversity, no matter how many times I get knocked down I will always beat the 10 count. Love to you all & most of all Kaitlyn & my Mother Cindy on their birthday.
