The bombing of Selini gave the Drakh the idea to seed Centauri Prime
with nuclear bombs, but wasn't a prompt to the invasion.  The prompt
was that they remembered Londo and believed that the Centauri could be
used to exact revenge against Sheridan and Delenn.

And my point isn't that the execution of Morden led to the Drakh
invasion, but that his life being spared might have prevented it.  If
nothing else, Morden surely would have been interrogated and with the
Shadows departed he would have had no incentive to withhold
information as he did with Sheridan in itSoZ and the foreknowledge of
the Drakh's existence might have been enough for the Centauri to
defend against them.  Morden may have even been known to the Drakh,
and he might have been used as a bargaining chip, or even might have
been able to order them to leave.  You never know.
