How about a pilot ordering 5000 lb of fuel, but then out of fear of landing,
fly for over 24 hours, circling the runway, pissing off the traffic control.  I
can just here them asking him, "If you don't want to land, then PLEASE Leave
the runway space!"  and him saying "I can't, my fuel light has been on for the
last 15 minutes!"
