This is good. Even a peorson that does not get seasickness do get seasickness
when they have a greasy foods breakfast. Saltines crackers are very very good
for you even when sick as they absourb the grease and stumic fluids.

Good ideal to keep yourself hydrated as dehydration can controubite to DCS.
So
this is good for many reasons.

This is not a good ideal on a power boat as the exhost fumes are strongist
thier. To get the mim motion go to the center of gravity of the boat. (about
the center of the boat.)
