Now, some hard-hearted people might be tempted to argue, "So
does that mean that if I have never heard of the Bible, or
if I have never read the Bible, or if I at least don't know
what the Mosaic Law says, that I cannot be held accountable
for my actions, or be found guilty of sin? Can't I just say
to God, 'Well, sorry, but I didn't know'"? Absolutely not!
It doesn't matter if a person is a native of some tribe lost
deep in the jungles of Borneo or Brazil; in his heart, he
knows what is right and what is wrong. This is because God's
Law is not just written in the pages of an ancient book; it
is written on the very tables of our hearts; and that makes
us inescapable, and inexcusable. It is for this very reason
that the Apostle Paul also wrote:

"For there is no respect of persons with God. For as many as
have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and
as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the
law; (For not the hearers of the law are just before God,
but the doers of the law shall be justified. For when the
Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things
contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law
unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law written in
their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and
their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one
another;)"
Romans 2:11-15, KJV

So you see, whether one is a Jew who knows the Law, or a
Gentile who does not know the Law, that is, one who does not
know the precise mandates of the Mosaic Law as a Law-abiding
Jew would, makes no difference to God; because His Laws are
written on all of our hearts; burned into our conscience;
and He is no respecter of persons. We all stand before Him
the same; guilty; because absolutely no one can keep every
single mandate of the Mosaic Law; and that is why we need
Jesus. As the Apostles James and Paul also wrote:

"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in
one point, he is guilty of all."
James 2:10, KJV

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
Romans 3:23, KJV

So to reiterate my point, God's Law is like the ever-present
voice of our conscience, which is constantly trying to steer
us in the right direction; and whenever we disobey His Law
which is written upon our hearts, it is quick to let us know
that we are guilty, and that we need to repent. We have all
felt this, have we not? It is for this reason, that after we
have done wrong, after we have committed some sin, we begin
to feel paranoid; we begin to feel very uncomfortable; and
we hope that our sins will remain hidden; but what does
God's Word tell us? Consider these verses:

". . . behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure
your sin will find you out."
Numbers 32:23b, KJV

"For his eyes are upon the ways of man, and he seeth all his
goings."
Job 34:21, KJV

"O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid
from thee."
Psalms 69:5, KJV

"The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil
and the good."
Proverbs 15:3, KJV

"For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed;
neither hid, that shall not be known."
Luke 12:2, KJV

"If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had
sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin."
John 15:22, KJV

"Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his
sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of
him with whom we have to do."
Hebrews 4:13, KJV

"So then every one of us shall give account of himself to
God."
Romans 14:12, KJV

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ;
that every one may receive the things done in his body,
according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad."
2 Corinthians 5:10, KJV

Just as Jesus exposed the sins of the Jewish Elders of His
day, thus making them accountable for them, God has likewise
spoken to all of us through His Law written upon our hearts,
through the voice of our very own conscience. While we have
indeed been found guilty of sin, we can find consolation in
the fact that there is a way of escape; there is a way out;
and as I explain in some of my articles on Salvation, that
Way is through Jesus Christ. Please refer to some of those
articles, such as "Message To The World", if you do not yet
understand God's Plan of Salvation for your life.

Having now thoroughly established the importance of Biblical
Law, and our relationship to God's Laws, let us address the
issue of homosexuality. As I explain in my four-part series
"Homosexuality And Lesbianism: To The Point", from my study
of the Scriptures over the years, I have become convinced
that God's Word absolutely and clearly condemns the gay and
lesbian lifestyle, and views these practices as clear sexual
perversions, unnatural, (or against the natural design that
God created for human procreation), and outright violations,
or transgressions, against His Law. Plainly stated, they are
sins; they are contrary to the Natural Order which the Lord
Himself established at the beginning of the world for His
creations. Following is a set of verses which I've extracted
from the aforementioned series, which points to these sexual
aberrations as being two of the nine major sexual sins of
the Bible:

"Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is
abomination."
Leviticus 18:22, KJV

"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman,
both of them have committed an abomination: they shall
surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."
Leviticus 20:13, KJV

"There shall be no . . . sodomite of the sons of Israel."
Deuteronomy 23:17, KJV

"Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the
lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies
between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie,
and worshipped and served the creature more than the
Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God
gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did
change the natural use into that which is against nature:
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the
woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men
working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves
that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as
they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave
them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are
not convenient;"
Romans 1:24-28, KJV

"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the
kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor
idolaters, nor adulterers, NOR EFFEMINATE, nor abusers of
themselves with mankind, [meaning homosexuals, from the
Greek 'arsenokoites']"

"Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man,
but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for
sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers
and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For whoremongers,
for them that defile themselves with mankind, [meaning homo-
sexuals] for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons,
and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound
doctrine;"
1 Timothy 1:9-10, KJV

"And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes
condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample
unto those that after should live ungodly;"
2 Peter 2:6, KJV

"Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in
like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and
going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example,
suffering the vengeance of eternal fire."
Jude 1:7, KJV

It should be clear to you then, that in both the Old and the
New Testaments, God's Word is very explicit in condemning
these unnatural lifestyles. Let us now turn our attention to
the main focus of this series. It is a well-established fact
that the basis for many of man's modern laws is the Mosaic
Law. Even people who are God and Christ haters are forced to
recognize this. Quite a few of God's Laws, which were first
given to Moses, have been preserved, and firmly established
within man's laws for literally thousands of years. We find
this same moral basis shared by the ancient Israelites, by
ancient and modern Christianity, and even by Islam; because
all of them recognize Moses as a great Prophet of God.
