It's a quite simple program. It only shows the contents of the pkt and message
headers inside the .pkt file. It skips the text part, including the kludges it
contains.

The only distinction is the AREA:XXX line an echomail contains as first line of
the text of a message. And a .pkt file can contain both at the same time, and
in no particular order...
