Replying to a message of TOM WALKER to BOB ACKLEY:

TW>>> Well Diesel is up to $4.50 per gallon here. Regular is running

At least the

BA>> I've seen a prediction of $7.00/gallon gas by winter. Note that #2
BA>> diesel and #2 fuel oil are the same thing and have the same price
BA>> tag; my furnace uses #2 fuel oil and uses about 50 gallons/week

TW> Actualy #2 Diesel typicaly has an additiave to present microbes

TW> This is not a prolbem with Furnace burners.

I wonder why. One would think that since #2 heating oil tanks are inside
they'd be warmer and microbes would be a problem as well. Anyhow, the
two are the same price.

#1 heating oil is the stuff that can live outside during the winter. I've never
bothered to price it as I don't use it.
