I personally think it should be decriminalised, and a tax placed on the
commercial production. They'd save an enormous amount not chasing after it, not
paying to incarcerate users, and get the income from the tax.
Euthanasia - I think that should be legal but subject to a fair amount of
overview. I'd rather that someone didn't tell me that because I'm getting on in
years then I have to top myself. One of my friends did it to himself a couple
of years ago and I was troubled over why that happened.

country for more than 40 years.
