I must admit I saw the PPV one or two years ago and knew that Spike
Dudley had never won the ECW championship. So I can't really judge if
Spike Dudley seemd to be legit threat when the PPV originally aired.

But I think it was clear that he was about to take a hell of a
beating, whether he would surprise Awesome with an Acid Drop or not.
