We're only running NT for our Web Server with the intentions of
setting up Exchange for student use in a few months so I don't
know it very well. I did setup a NT3.51 server a few years ago
that we installed a DOS based database program. You create a
logon script, either on the server or workstation, that MAP's
your drives like;
NET USE F: \\SERVER\%HOMEDIR%
NET USE S: \\SERVER\APPLICATION
You can then do a server install of any program to that directory.
You can also MAP a network drive from Network Neighborhood but I
don't know about login scripts with WIN95 but assume they go in
the scripts directory on the server.
Time to get a good NT book if you are planning to get into it!
