Ok, download: http://www.vlzn.nl/tmp/pktview-1.1-src.zip
Unzip it somewhere, and do something like:

# gcc pktview.c -o pktview

Which should give you the 'pktview' command.
Usage is self explanatory when you run it without arguments.
