Well, if they wanted to set their own colours, etc. you would need a 
(possibly large) database containing a config for each user.  But that 
wouldn't necassarily be required - after all, maybe the sysop doesn't WANT 
them to pick their own colours?  
The tagged areas/LRP can be retrieved using MEX, I believe.
