Looks like there is a dupe loop caused by a gate someplace on this echo.
The original copy came to me direct from 123/140 -> 123/500.  This copy
came from 1:124/5009 ->2320/100 -> 261/38 -> 123/500.  I saw the same
thing on several other messages tonight.
