Close. Actually, when the sales department took over, and demanded
ratings over all. But now they're losing their viewers ...
When the highest rated "news" program is still losing its share, they
need to reevaluate their strategy.

I could have been polite and called them "eccentric", but I don't do
that.

PN> Ah. You like it? 'Bout how long does it take to be "ready?"
The way I use it? Too long! ;-)
First, you'd have to carry it over your left shoulder (unless you're a
lefty). Second, you'd have to position the holster at an appropriate
depth in the compartment. Third, there has to be enough space left in the
other compartments to not be too tight.
Given all that and sufficient practice, I'm sure it would be as quick as
those purse holsters it is related to. Not quite as fast as a fanny pack
in that it isn't tied to you and so requires two hands for access, but
fast enough if the other guy isn't expecting it.
But as I usually have it on my right shoulder and my job requires me to
load it pretty full, it might as well be just a good briefcase. Which it
is, most of the time.
