Jason -

A replacement is available from Newark or other P & B relay 
distributors.  The P & B number is KA-14DG-24 which means

KA = open frame construction
14 = 3PDT
D = DC coil
G = Silver-cadmium contacts, 10A {at} 120 VAC
24 = 24V coil

Newark lists them for ~ $40, but I don't believe they stock them any more.

Using the specifications above, you might be able to find one for a lot 
less from one of the surplus houses.
