ATC will not ever tell a pilot he cannot shoot an approach due to weather. Ever. It is entirely up to the pilot to know what the rules are. ATC simply lines up the airplanes. If you want to shoot the approach you just have to ask. As long as the runway is open, ATC is never the one to close a runway, only its owner can do that, an aircraft will be given a clearance to land. --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32* Origin: Derby City BBS - Louisville, KY - Derbycitybbs.com (1:2320/100) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 11/203 14/300 34/999 90/1 106/1 120/228 123/500 134/10 140/1 SEEN-BY: 222/2 226/0 249/303 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1410 1417 1418 SEEN-BY: 266/1413 280/1027 320/119 393/68 633/260 262 267 690/734 712/848 SEEN-BY: 800/432 801/161 189 2222/700 2320/100 2905/0 @PATH: 2320/100 261/38 633/260 267 |
