The Echolist system has been plagued with hardware and software issues.

Hardware is fixed, and software is in the "Gee, it's work around, but
it does play" mode.

As present I am unable to process Updates because my ISP has some issue
with connectivity.

Yesterday(Tuesday) I filed a complaint with the President of the company
and as of  2300 hours Tuesday 3 supervisors and 4 technicians have been
assigned to the problem.

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.  All messages I
have received are waiting to be processed, and as soon as connectivity has
been restored I will poll for email and netmail submissions.
