So, it turns out that Dallas was responding to my application for SFNet, but my
ISP was shoving it in a spam folder before it even got to me, and I never saw
it.
Why they would mark that as spam and not the actual spam that gets through
their filter, I don't know, but I offer a humble and public apology to Dallas
for saying that he hasn't responded to me.  He actually did, the same day I
sent my application in, but thanks to my ISP, I never saw it.

Haven't heard from SCINet yet, and they aren't in the spam filter, but I'm good
with SFNet.
